My role

I was project head and led a seven-person electronics and systems sub-team.

Where it stands

Team competition project, March–July 2021. My documented scope was component selection, autopilot-software selection and circuit design.

What changed.

The team finished among the global top 20 in the TÜBİTAK TEKNOFEST International UAV Competition.

Own the interfaces

I coordinated component decisions, autopilot-software selection and circuit design with the rest of the fixed-wing aircraft effort. The work depended on decisions made across the team, not on one isolated subsystem.

What I carry forward

The project gave me practice turning a competition brief into coordinated engineering responsibilities. I describe the documented electronics and design work without attributing unimplemented perception or autonomous-navigation features to it.
